By placing an order with Gebogen, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Ordering Process
All orders must be placed through our website at gebogen.co.uk.
Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
Gebogen reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of order.
We accept payment via Stripe.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Gebogen does not store your full payment card details.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been authorised.
We will always do our best to solve any issue, but please note:
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing at hello@gebogen.co.uk before the 14-day period ends.
Goods must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the items are received and inspected.
Important: Gebogen is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued if the delivery details supplied by the customer are wrong.
Limitation of Liability
Gebogen shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Losses due to incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer
Losses caused by third-party courier services
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Gebogen website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Gebogen Ltd and protected under UK copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
